We’re excited to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine!
What started in 1986 as a simple family dream has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined, and we owe that growth to the incredible people who’ve supported us along the way. You’ve celebrated with us, shared milestones around our tables, and truly become part of the Gloria’s family in a way we’ll always cherish.
We opened our very first restaurant in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas. Today, we have 23 locations across Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. We’re honored that our guests keep coming back for our authentic Salvadoran dishes, Tex-Mex favorites, award-winning margaritas, and of course, our famous black bean dip.
Even after four decades, we're proudly family owned and operated. Gloria and Jose now work alongside their daughters, Glenda and Nancy, carrying forward the same values, traditions, and sense of hospitality that shaped Gloria’s from day one. For us, this has always been about more than food. It’s about family, tradition, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome.
As we celebrate our 40th Anniversary throughout 2026, we’re looking forward to honoring our roots with special menu items, meaningful moments, and celebrations that reflect the traditions and stories that have made Gloria’s a Texas favorite for generations.
