We've officially moved our long time Frisco restaurant to our newly built location in Plano!
The new restaurant is now open and located just one mile south from the former Frisco site at 8601 Preston Road, Plano, Texas 75024 (on the southwest corner of Preston Road and State Highway 121).
The move reflects our continued commitment to investing in the communities we serve, offering our guests a refreshed, modern space while preserving the flavors, hospitality and traditions you’ve come to love.
Spanning approximately 8,500 square feet, our new Plano location features bright Latin-inspired décor, vibrant colors, indoor-outdoor patio dining with full climate control, an upscale bar, a striking Caralarga tapestry, and handcrafted pottery from Mexico. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels both elevated and familiar.
Our Frisco location has been such a meaningful part of our family since 2001. We’re incredibly grateful for the loyalty and memories shared with the Frisco community over the years. This move allows us to continue serving our guests in a beautiful new space, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone into our new home in Plano with the same hospitality they’ve always known. - Gloria Fuentes (Founder)
This relocation also comes as we enter a milestone year, celebrating our 40th Anniversary throughout 2026. What began as a family dream in 1986 has grown into a Texas institution, and our new Plano restaurant represents both a look forward and a tribute to the generations of guests who have made Gloria’s part of their lives.
Our goal has always been to create a place where people feel at home. The new Plano location brings together the flavors of El Salvador and the warmth of Texas hospitality. It is a place to gather, slow down, share a meal made with love and celebrate together. - Jose Fuentes (Co-Founder)
